When the new owners took over OBI they started with the stuff you notice from the chair. New pedicure chairs, a new pedicure menu, a wall of new polish and a full remodel of the room.
The rest is the unglamorous part we take seriously. Every pedicure gets a fresh tub liner, tools get cleaned between guests and nobody rushes your cuticles to squeeze in the next walk-in.

Shape, cuticle work, buff and polish, finished with lotion and a hand massage. Go gel and it's dry before you leave and usually holds two to three weeks.
Gel color is an upgrade. Soaking off gel from another salon is a separate add-on.
Warm soak, nails trimmed and shaped, callus work on the heels, a scrub and a calf massage before polish. Higher tiers add masks, hot towels and more massage time.
Gel polish on toes costs extra. So does heavy callus work on cracked heels.
Full sets and fills, dip powder for nails that peel or snap, French tips, chrome and hand-painted designs. Bring a screenshot and your tech will tell you honestly if it works on your length.
Detailed art is priced per design. You'll get the number before we start.
Brows, lip, chin, underarms and legs. Quick to add on while you're already here for nails, and brows get shaped to your face, not a template.
Skip waxing if you're on retinoids or Accutane. Ask us first.

Yes, whenever a tech is free. Weekends and after-work hours fill up fast though, so if you're on a schedule booking online is the safer bet.
Every pedicure gets a new disposable tub liner, and metal tools are cleaned and disinfected between clients. Files and buffers that can't be disinfected are single use.
Regular polish usually looks good for about a week. Gel typically holds two to three weeks and dip can go a little longer. Your nails and how hard you are on your hands make the real difference.
Yes. It's an add-on with its own charge and it adds time, so mention it when you book and we'll block enough room in the schedule.
Please do. Anything from one accent nail to a full hand-painted set. Detailed designs are priced by the work involved, and your tech will quote it before picking up a brush.
Yes, kids are welcome and families often book side by side. Little ones should come with a parent who stays for the appointment.
